Mind Mastery Hypnosis Session: (60 mins) - $111
We begin your session with a series of questions to better understand your goals and the shifts you desire to make. Next, you get nice & comfy and I gently guide you into a heightened state of awareness using deeply relaxing techniques and a Personalized Guided Meditation in order to unlock the subconscious mind, working to help you overcome any patterns or behaviors allowing you to redesign your external experiences. At the end of your session you will be given an audio recording for your continued use and benefit, and with repetition and consistency you’ll begin to form new thought patterns and habits that support you!

Imagination is a subconscious function. Imagination is more powerful under hypnosis than in the waking state, particularly for creating desirable outcomes. What we focus on in our imagination will become a future reality in some way, shape, or form. The words “subconscious” and “unconscious” are often used interchangeably. Think of the saying “the tip of the iceberg”. The ice that you can see (above the surface), is considered the conscious mind. The ice you cannot see (beneath the surface), is considered the unconscious mind. Just below the surface you have the subconscious, and below that is the unconscious. Now, think of the mind like a filing system. Readily available information is filed away in the filing cabinet closest to you (the subconscious mind). Trauma from childhood would be stored in the archives, that filing cabinet in the basement you never wish to sort through (the unconscious mind).

The unconscious mind never sleeps or takes a break because it controls all vital processes and functions of the body, such as your heartbeat, blood circulation, digestion and elimination. In sleep our conscious mind becomes dormant while the subconscious mind stays fully awake. We can still hear and process everything even while we sleep.

The subconscious mind has the habit of taking everything literally! It does not differentiate between negative and positive. So if you continually tell yourself that you’ll never succeed at something in particular, it’s most likely to turn out that way. The subconscious mind is subjective. It doesn’t think or reason independently, it simply obeys the commands it receives from your conscious mind.

When we get nostalgic for the past or fantasize about the unpredictable future, that is our conscious mind at work! While the conscious mind thinks in terms of past and future, it is our subconscious mind that is constantly focused on the present moment.
